We are now recruiting for our next Coaching and Mentoring Programmes to be held in September 2011 - these courses have proved to be extremely enjoyable and a great way to gain new insights, develop new skills and make a real difference in the organisation :-

Introduction to Coaching and mentoring

2 day programme to help you to understand what coaching is and how you can use it. The days are 1 month apart to enable you to have a go and come back to discuss your experiences and develop further.
