We can provide this from our base in Preston, Lancashire, and can support you whether you are in the North West or elsewhere. We also provide management qualifications including: NVQs Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5; Certificate in management, Diploma in Management and the Executive Diploma in Management. We are a Chartered Management Centre and provide customised courses, team development using Belbin, psychometric testing including the JTI and the OPQ. We author specialist management materials and have been commissioned to write learning programmes and materials for others. We work to support your strategic goals and can help you to develop your strategy and the strategic thinking within your organisation. Culture change is a specialism and we can help you with organisation development needs. Distance is no problem as we have recently developed distance learning courses, through the ADG Academy.
