We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer the Learning Leaders’ Programmes, for all those involved in Learning and Development at NVQ Levels 3, 4 and 5.
These programmes are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and National Training Resources Ltd is the Accredited Centre.
By using a combination of diagnostics, discussions, participative workshops, individual coaching, mentoring and guided learning we will work with you to identify your needs and expectations and plan a way forward. All our programmes use the learner’s own work experiences as the basis for development. Measurable improvements are seen as participants work through the various learning activities.

A 12 month programme aimed at Senior Learning and Development
Practitioners and Managers. Modules support your learning and coaching and professional discussion will enable you to develop your skills and gain a recognised professional qualification. With this qualification you will be eligible to apply for Licentiate membership of the CIPD. |
