use the Belbin Interplace software to support you this enables
you to look at the team mix in place, to identify any gaps and
to look at options for filling the gaps. We have used this approach
with Furmanite International, Kendal, to identify the strengths
and weaknesses of the senior management team, and to assist
in their recruitment of a senior manager to fit into and complement
the Team. |
| Psychometric Testing / Feedback |

We
are qualified to use a variety of tests to meet your needs such
as the Psytech JTI and the Saville and Holdsworth OPQ. These
can help with staff selection and development, performance improvement,
career development and training & development. We have used
these with Cumbria Council to provide support at assessment
centres. We use psychometrics with all our course participants
to provide them with additional information to identify their
individual development needs. |
