We are working with ADG to develop our leaders as coaches. This is part of our culture change process. The programmes offered by ADG have enabled our leaders to make a real difference in their work, and an impact on the business. I am one of the coaching supervisors, working towards the full Level 5 Diploma. The most important thing about the coaching programmes is that they are enabling everyone to find new and more effective ways to help people to be the best they can be.

We have worked with Action Development Group over a number of years. They provide excellent support to our busy managers - they understand the work pressures of managers today. All the programmes they have run for us have an excellent success rate.

I had not been involved in coaching before. Lancashire Leaders has given me the opportunity to see the benefits of working with a coach - we have been focusing on developing my business documents so that they are positive working tools for me. Gradually everything is linking together and this is strengthening my systems and my organisation - coaching has to be a real partnership approach.

I have found the programme I am undertaking with Action Development Group has met my needs as each topic I have covered has been important in helping me to look at different models and perspectives at crucial stages of my organisation's development. I have just completed the NVQ Level 5 (Strategic) and am about to embark on my project. At this point I reviewed my Personal Development Plan and found that I had met all the needs identified. This has not been a theoretical, hypothetical programme as each element of the learning programme I have undertaken has had a direct practical application in the development of the organisation and as such has been part of my work.
